About the Job:
Fissh is looking for experienced and skilled Welders to join our team for various projects in the Netherlands. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding metal structures, components, and parts, ensuring high-quality, precise work. You will work with various welding techniques, such as TIG, MIG/MAG, Electrodes, and Orbital welding, depending on the project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks on metal structures and components using different techniques (TIG, MIG/MAG, Electrodes, Orbital)

Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications

Inspect welds for quality and strength, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition

Work according to safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment

Collaborate with other team members and project supervisors to meet deadlines and project goals
Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder, with certification in TIG, MIG/MAG, or other welding techniques (certified welders preferred)

Relevant technical education or certification in welding (EU-recognized)

VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one through Fissh)

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Basic knowledge of English, Dutch, or German

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Valid driver’s license is a plus
